Megan Johnson is an attorney with over a decade of experience in general business and corporate law. Through her practice experience at a large Atlanta law firm and as Program Director of the Fulton County Business Court, a specialized court adjudicating high-dollar complex commercial and business litigation, she has counseled judges and corporate clients on all aspects of business and complex commercial law, as well as corporate structure, corporate governance, commercial transactions and capital strategy.
In recent years, Megan advocated for the modernization of state securities laws to expand private equity markets at the local level for the benefit of non-accredited investors and small businesses. In furtherance of that mission, Megan co-founded SparkMarket, a Georgia based platform that facilitates local investment offerings to everyday investors.
